Login failure [not valid credential] (request id=1228871268730_0) THIS MEANS THAT YOU WERE TIMED OUT AND THAT YOU HAD YOUR CAPS KEY ON WHEN YOU WERE INSERTING YOUR PASSWORD DURING YOUR SECOND SESSION.

INSERTING/REPORTING GRADES IN ISIS

first log in to ISIS

click on GRADES

click on Course ID number on the left

click on comment code and CHANGE it to A3

go to the bottom of the screen and click EDIT

INSERT GRADES AND NUMBER CODE

IF YOU GET TIMED OUT DON'T WORRY

ISIS or your computer keeps a history of what was inserted in the timed out session

Simply click inside any grade box does was not saved and push the down arrow that is between the key pad and the letters on the keyboard. This will bring out the grade or comment code that was inserted before.

Simply push the down key again and then enter to select the same grade or code that was not saved.

Voila you have saved a lot of time.

Printing Reports

click of REPORTS

click on GRADES

click on TEACHER VERIFICATION

1. Under TERM, select FALL if it is FALL (or SPRING)

2. Under COURSE SECTION, select ALL

3. Under GRADING PERIOD, select AF

4. Under CLASS PERIODS, select ALL

click on GENERATE REPORT

click on the SAVE icon to have a copy on your computer or flash drive.

click on the PDF icon for better printing

click on the number of copies you want to generate

(I recommend printing one if you want to save paper or to see how the printing comes out)

ONE LAST THING: SIGN AND TURN IN A COPY OF YOUR GRADE REPORT(S) TO ADMINISTRATION
